Google’s popular business offering Google Apps for Work has recently been renamed to G Suite.

Announced recently on the Google Cloud blog, the name change was made to better reflect the mission of G Suite – to make life easier for businesses to communicate and collaborate online.

The announcement also promised some new features on the horizon, with lots of the Google apps getting smarter and incorporating some nifty features such as scheduling appointments that check you team’s availability, better access to files in Drive, and natural language Google Sheets formulas.

We use G Suite here at Sparx, which we ultimately decided on for it’s reliability and collaboration features that make it an important part of how we work.
